What is a Face Cord?

We sell our firewood by face cords. Our cords of firewood are stacked straight, not cross stacked or thrown in a pile. A face cord of fire wood is stacked 4 ft tall x 8 ft long. you always get a true face cord, we don’t count the pieces.

A Face Cord (f/c) of firewood is 4ft high by 8ft long.
A Full Cord of firewood is 4ft high by 4ft wide by 8ft long.
3 Face Cords = a Full Cord of Firewood.
